Sara, the Pineapple Cat has a mind of her own behind that cute little face. When David, Susan, one-year-old twins, Adam and Amanda, and Susan's mother decide to take a short vacation to San Francisco, Sara is supposed to stay at home. Sara, the Pineapple Cat needs a vacation, too, and has plans of her own!
Jill Ammon Vanderwood (author) lives in Utah with her husband, Bill. They are the parents of four grown children and grandparents of six. When she isn’t writing, Jill is teaching workshops for writers, reading to kids, volunteering for the Northwest Kiwanis Camp, and fundraising for The Literacy Action Center, and the Wheelchair Foundation.
Jill is very excited to share with you, Stowaway: The San Francisco Adventures of Sara, the Pineapple Cat. In this story she was able to include both a mischievous animal, Sara, and a quirky, but endearing grandmother.
